Alpha College of Engineering is located in the salubrious outskirts of Bangalore. It is a forerunner in knowledge expertise in the today's fast paced information age. The college is fourteen kilometers from Bangalore city railway station and 200 meters away from outer peripheral ring road and Express Highway connecting to Devanahalli International Airport. 

Alpha College of Engineering Bangalore, which started in 2000, is a prominent educational institution in Karnataka. The college functions under the aegis of Alpha Educational Trust. The courses offered by the college have been approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. 

Alpha College of Engineering Bangalore is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, and recognized by the Government of Karnataka. Currently, the college offers technical courses that lead to Bachelor’s degree in various branches of engineering. The institution aims to provide quality education and contribute towards the development of the society, by producing competent engineers, year by year.
