TITLE : Computer institute management system

ABSTRACT

The proposed system deals with all included activities handled by a computer center like enquiry, registration, faculty details, courses, fee information etc. This system is developed to eliminate all the complexities that can even occurred during the handling of a computer center. Now these days often seen that manual handling of a computer institute system has become more tedious task because a lot of many student comes for enquiring about different courses, few of them registered.

A lot of courses are being conducted by the computer institute and to maintain faculty detail manually is also a tuff job. Since these works does manually thus it takes more time and there are chances of errors such as wrong fee details, wrong student registration etc. So to reduce these faults “Computer Institute Management System” has been developed.

The proposed system “Computer Institute Management System” deals with all the activities done by any computer institute. So this project is developed for all those institutes who are dealing with enquiry, registration, course details, and fee details processes. This system is more flexible and efficient than manual work and reduce the total time consume at error chances.

As we know that if we use a new system on existing system then we must want to know about objective of proposed system. Following are the some key objective of proposed system that makes it better than existing system.

TITLE : Online recruitment system(ORS)

ABSTRACT

Online Recruitment System (ORS) is a web based tool and reduces the time and cost.

Online recruitment can offer significant cost savings for employers and reduces the time taken to fill vacancies.(But most are worry of missing out on potential candidates by using the internet to exclusion of all other media).Traditional recruitment advertising is therefore set to retain an important role particularly when recruiting locally (or) for head-to-fill jobs.Many organizations have found a considered combination of both online and traditional approaches maximize their chances of securing the best candidate.

An online recruitment presence shows organizations to be forward thinking and therefore more attractive to potential employees for candidates, online recruitment offers great flexibility and case of access to job searches.

To provide recruitment services through internet for graduates.

This project generally deals with providing for job seekers through this system. The graduates can easily get contact with the organization. At the same time it makes easy for company to get an employee. For this purpose initially both employers and graduates have to register on this website.

When graduates register this website they have to give their complete personal details and skills they possess. Thus a resume is generated by this details that is seen by company. In the same way the companies have to give complete details of jobs they are providing. By this the employee and job seeker can communicate with each other.

Thus this project plays an important role for recruiting of employees. The companies can access even remote areas of the country. It also give good opportunity for the freshly graduates to access the information about the organization. Thus this project satisfies both graduates and employees.

TITLE : Online shopping

ABSTRACT

This project is mainly about shopping of the goods online that is online shopping. The scope of this project is resolved into four modules, they are Registration, Order manager, Credit card validation and Administration modules.

The Registration module deals with the registration of the customer. The Order manager module manages the orders placed by the customers. Credit card validation is done in the credit card validation module.

The Administration module maintains the details of the products and customer. Thus the registered customer having the valid credit card can shop the required products from the provided products from the administrator through online.

TITLE: ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ABSTRACT

Attendance management is the act of managing attendance or presence in a work setting to minimize loss due to employee downtime.

Attendance control has traditionally been approached using Time clocks, Timesheets, and Time tracking software, but attendance management goes beyond this to provide a working environment, which maximizes and motivates employee attendance.

The system records details such as arrival and departure of employees besides maintaining information regarding their personal and official profiles. Official employee information such as designation, department, shift, location, leaves status, compensation, etc. can be linked to any payroll software to automate the complete process.
