In this project a simple PC based transmitter connects to an embedded, mobile receiver that output a signal suitable for generic headphones. And focus on creating a simple yet powerful Audio link. The MP3 codec was chosen given the inadequate bandwidth of Bluetooth for raw high quality audio. It was chosen over other codecs for it’s popularity and maturity of its hardware decoder chips. Embedded Bluetooth design was perhaps too complicated to resolve satisfactorily given availability of solutions.
Guys from Electronics / EXTC departments may opt for this. It is better for them
